Theron Arelio Porter, a 28-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2021. The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Troost Avenue and E 43rd Street around 3:00 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a crime scene with several gun shell casings on the street.
