Victor Mel Hicks, aged 64, passed away on January 12, 2022, in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Born on July 9, 1957, to Moses L. and Mary Margaret (West) Hicks Sr., Victor was a lifelong resident of Saint Joseph. He attended Benton High School and had previously been employed by Stetson Hat Co. Victor was a beloved member of his community, survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous siblings and extended family members.
