Justin S. Baker, aged 46, was found deceased on January 31, 2022, in Springfield, Missouri. The Springfield Police Department responded to a 911 call at the National Cemetery on East Seminole Street, where they discovered the bodies of Justin S. Baker and Mark D. Young, aged 38, both with apparent gunshot wounds. The investigation conducted by the Springfield Police Department's Homicide Unit concluded that the incident was a murder-suicide.
