Malik Sutton, a 23-year-old resident of Springfield, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 14, 2022, in a double homicide incident. The shooting occurred in a parking lot at 313 Boonville Avenue around 1:48 a.m. Sutton and another victim, Kylon McAfee, 20, were found with gunshot wounds when the Springfield Police Department arrived at the scene.
