It is nice when I see missing persons that are still active and we keep them in the public view. Maybe it reminds the person that took them away and it weighs heavy on them. I really hope so. One thing I have seen in confessions is the weight that is lifted when they actually start telling the truth. Lies are poison. ... ...View Post & Comment
Hello, I see people asking about the timeline. Benjamin was questioned when she had first disappeared but wasn\'t arrested so they must not have had enough proof at the time. It is known that shortly after he murdered her at Paradise Valley Rd, he was seen in Lynden, WA so maybe having him placed there made it hard to prove at the time it was him? No one in his family ever suspected him as the murderer. For some background on Benjamin, he was born a drug baby. When he got older, he made a bad de... ...View Post & Comment

Hey everyone,I've been thinking a lot about Ronald Weinacht's case recently, and something that's been bothering me is the sheer number of unsolved murders in Omaha. It really puts into perspective just how complex and daunting the challenges are that our local law enforcement deals with daily. I truly feel for Ronald's family and all those who've had to live with such uncertainty for so long. It's easy to get frustrated with the lack of progress, but when you consider there are over 200 cases li... ...View Post & Comment
There was an eye witness but OPD never pressed her hard enough. It was his girlfriend at the time. She has since passed. She gave names of three alleged suspects but I think it was just one based on related research I\'ve been doing. ... ...View Post & Comment
Having this kind of violence happen in your family changes you. Sometimes more jaded, cynical and untrusting. You stare into the abyss of what people are actually capable of and it alters the way you think. ... ...View Post & Comment
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the events that claimed Gregory Derisso. From what I've gathered, this was a community gathering that sadly took a tragic turn. My thoughts go out to Gregory’s family and the others affected. It's super frustrating that there were no suspects identified, even though it sounds like law enforcement had been there earlier in the night. I can understand how unsettling it must be for both witnesses and the residents nearby. It’s a grim reminder of how quick... ...View Post & Comment
We are in MARCH and my brothers murder has now been deemed a cold case ! We have not heard anything from officers . They stopped answering our calls. ... ...View Post & Comment
I don\'t understand how that is even possible. 7 months and they just shelve the case? That is so surreal. I have no words that can possibly express how completely wrong this is. And to stop answering your calls. In the very least have a meeting, lay out what they do have and explain themselves. Cowards!... ...View Post & Comment

Hello everyone,I've been following the tragic case of Gregory Derisso, and I can't stop thinking about how the events of that night must have unfolded for those caught in the chaos. I've read that the party was dispersed earlier by police, which makes me wonder why people felt the need to return afterward. Was there something about the location or the event itself that drew everyone back? It's so sad to think about how Gregory was simply out in what should have been a night of fun and ended up be... ...View Post & Comment
I am Greg’s sister looking for answers and it’s nice to know that people are feelings empathy towards what happened to him . From what I gathered from his friends that night was that Gregory’s Tesla was blocked by party goers so he couldn’t leave when police first came . They were all taken out the building but police did not stay until people dispersed like they should have . Gregory stood outside with the group of people talking and laughing and had having a good time even told... ...View Post & Comment
I recently came across Tanya Gould's case and felt compelled to share something I found really unsettling. As we dive deeper into the details, it’s hard not to feel a mix of sorrow and frustration, especially when considering the broader issue of domestic violence and how it often flies under the radar until it's too late. It’s particularly devastating to think about the missed opportunities where intervention could have made a difference. According to her friends and family, Tanya had been ... ...View Post & Comment

Has anyone here ever gone diving at the King Kong Blue Hole on Andros Island or know someone who has? I’ve been reading about Jennifer Nicol's disappearance, and it seems like such a mysterious spot. I've heard ocean currents there can be intense, and visibility might vary. I'm curious if there are other diving incidents in that area. With the amount of dive sites around the Bahamas, it's hard to grasp why no one saw anything or why they haven't been able to recover Jennifer or the instructor.... ...View Post & Comment
I worked with both Jennifer and the missing Bahamian man, Mark Gibson, at the field station on Andros Island and was with them up to just a few weeks before they went missing. As they were both my co-workers and my friends, maybe I can offer some information that can clear up a few of the details for you.... ...View Post & Comment

Yes — in that IUCRR report, “new diving computers” almost certainly means scuba dive computers the divers wore or carried underwater, not laptop-style computers left on the boat.... ...View Post & Comment
