On the evening of August 4, 2024, at approximately 9:40 p.m., Greensboro Police, Fire, and Guilford County EMS responded to a reported shooting at Boston’s House of Jazz, located at 1011 Arnold Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. Upon arrival, officers discovered 44-year-old African American male, Teldrekus D. Young, unresponsive on the sidewalk in front of the establishment, suffering from trauma consistent with gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, Mr. Young was pronounced dead ...
