He was known to use drugs but was not known to go on \'benders\' where he would dissapear. That is concerning. Just because he did drugs doesn\'t mean he wasn\'t functioning. There are lots of people that do drugs and have jobs, families and lives. This includes alcoholics. I hope this fact that he was a known user hasn\'t hindered the investigation. This is so sad. These kids are so young. They are going to have to live their lives knowing what they did. Their brains are not fully developed yet so they don\'t quite get it just yet.
