Harold Donald 'Tweety' Byrd, a 77-year-old male, was at the Frontier Diner on Interstate 30 in Little Rock, Arkansas, on the afternoon of June 23, 2016, when a violent robbery cut his life short. Around 12:30 p.m., two armed men entered the restaurant and opened fire, creating a scene of terror for the patrons inside. Amid the chaos, Byrd was fatally wounded. While several other people were present in the diner, miraculously, no one else was physically harmed.
