Blair Ann Coyne, a 24-year-old woman from Saint Joseph, Illinois, tragically passed away on March 29, 2020. Blair, born on March 12, 1996, was the daughter of Bill and Kimberly Coyne. She graduated from St. Joseph-Ogden High School and attended Parkland College. Blair's untimely death was a result of a fatal shooting incident that also claimed the life of her mother, Kimberly Coyne, aged 54.
