A part-time police chief is implicated in a disappearance and death
Russell Bean, a 26-year-old man from Marlow, New Hampshire, disappeared in September 1978. For nearly a decade, his whereabouts were a mystery until March 1988, when his skeletal remains were discovered buried on the property of Marlow's Police Chief, Robert Chambers.
