In the autumn of 1982, seventeen-year-old Robby Lynn Peay was a resident at the Youth Diagnostic Center, a juvenile treatment facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. On October 7th, he and another boy escaped the center and went their separate ways. While the other boy was located shortly after, Robby vanished, initiating a missing person case that would span decades.
