Robby Peay, a 17-year-old from Provo, Utah, went missing on October 7, 1982, after escaping from a youth treatment center in Salt Lake City. Despite extensive efforts by law enforcement and his family, Robby was never seen again. His disappearance turned into a cold case, and his family eventually had him declared dead in the 1990s.
