Justin Hooiman, a 27-year-old man from Salt Lake City, Utah, has been missing since November 20, 2017. On the morning of his disappearance, Justin left the Fortitude Treatment Center, where he was residing as part of his parole for drug- and theft-related offenses. He contacted his mother early that day, arranging to meet her for lunch near the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.
