Dennis Irvin Smith, a 49-year-old man, was last seen on October 14, 1993, at the Port O'Call nightclub in Salt Lake City, Utah. Smith, who frequently traveled between Hawaii and Utah, vanished without leaving any trace behind. His disappearance became even more perplexing when his car was discovered in 1994 at a local hotel. Despite this, the hotel had no record of Smith being a guest, and a search of the vehicle provided no clues regarding his whereabouts.
