Jeffrey Lynn O'Carroll, age 36, was last seen on August 27, 1986, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He worked as a laundry sorter at the University of Utah Hospital. On the morning of his disappearance, Jeffrey called his sister around 10:00 a.m., mentioning that he wasn't feeling well. They planned to meet, but he never showed up. He did not have access to a vehicle at the time and would have left on foot. His last known location was in the area of 400 South and 1300 East in Salt Lake City.
