William McBride III, a 35-year-old Native American man, was last seen on March 22, 1994, in Salt Lake City, Utah. At the time of his disappearance, McBride was dealing with depression and possibly other medical issues, which raised concerns that he might have been suicidal. Before disappearing, he left a note for his friends, stating, "By the time you read this, this entity will be no more -- look for me in the stars." This message suggested he may have intended to take his own life.
