Jeremiah Matthew Claypool, 28, was last seen on September 4, 2005, in Covington, Indiana. At the time of his disappearance, he was living in Ludlow, Illinois, but was known to frequent the area around State Road 32 near Perrysville and State Road 63 in Covington. On September 6, two days after he was last seen, his blue and gray 1979 Toyota pickup truck was found abandoned along State Road 63 in Perrysville, but there was no sign of Jeremiah.
Jeremiah is described as a 5'6" Caucasian male, weighing 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several identifying marks, including scars from surgery to repair a collapsed lung and various tattoos, such as a heart with wings and the name "Lindsey" on his chest. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black shirt, dark blue jeans, black loafers, and possibly a gold wedding band. Despite the recovery of his vehicle, no further evidence has surfaced, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
