Philip Leon Keeling, a 36-year-old from Taylorsville, Indiana, was last seen on April 7, 2017. His disappearance followed an arrest for driving under the influence by the Columbus Police Department on April 6, 2017. After being released from the Bartholomew County Jail the following day, Keeling went on foot to a tow yard to retrieve his recently purchased vehicle.
