Gary L. Stinnett, a 29-year-old man, was last seen in northwest Indianapolis, Indiana on September 20, 2007. He has not been heard from since his disappearance. At the time he went missing, Stinnett was described as a Black male, 5'5" tall and weighing 145 pounds. He had black hair that was cut very short, almost shaved, and brown eyes.
