At the time of his disappearance, Robert did not have access to a vehicle and was known to hitchhike. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue jacket, and cowboy boots.
Robert had distinctive physical features, including a deformed middle finger on his right hand, pockmarks on his face, and a surgical scar on his left knee. He also may have had a beard and used the nicknames "Bobby" and "Cowboy Bob."
Robert had a history of using tranquilizers and was reported to have violent tendencies, leading to concerns for his safety.
