On November 7, 2020, a Minnehaha County sheriff's deputy discovered a fire in a ditch east of Brandon, South Dakota. Upon investigation, authorities found the body of 22-year-old Saivaughn Robert Carlstrom of Sioux Falls. The victim had sustained two gunshot wounds to the head and multiple lacerations.

The investigation led authorities to arrest 48-year-old Lamont Dion Walker of Sioux Falls. Walker was charged with first-degree murder for Carlstrom's death, as well as kidnapping and rap ...Read More
