Murdered

On November 11, 2017, 21-year-old Andrew Oswald Frost was fatally shot in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The incident occurred during the early morning hours at a house party on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation. An argument erupted between Frost and another individual in the garage, leading to a physical altercation. Dee Hawk Moran, who was present at the party, intervened by producing a .22 caliber pistol and firing multiple shots at Frost, resulting in his death.
