Jackie Lee Berry Jr., a 33-year-old father, was last seen on December 16, 2008, in Terre Haute, Indiana. On the day of his disappearance, he had visited a friend's house, and shortly afterward, his van was found abandoned near the Wabash River. Despite an extensive investigation, including the arrest of his friend for murder after blood was found in the friend's home and car, the friend was acquitted at trial, leaving many unanswered questions.
