Donald Eugene Harrigan, 49, was last seen in Wilmington, Delaware, sometime in February 2005. His family reported him missing on April 23, 2005, after two months passed without any contact, which was highly unusual for him. While Harrigan had a history of occasionally disappearing for short periods, this extended absence raised significant concerns.
