Damond Reginald Emory, a 22-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware, was last seen in the early hours of February 27, 1996. A friend dropped him off outside his home in the 400 block of East 10th Street between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. He was wearing a gray Nautica sweatsuit, a black leather jacket, Nike sneakers, and a ring on his left pinky finger at the time of his disappearance.
