Jamir Bashir Richardson, 30, was last seen on the morning of May 14, 2012, in Wilmington, Delaware. He was dropping off his three children at daycare on East 7th Street around 8:15 a.m. before he vanished. Richardson was wearing either an orange or white shirt and blue jeans.
