Moses Frank Saiz, age 31, was last seen on March 14, 2013, in Yermo, California. He was reportedly experiencing a mental health episode at the time and left his home early in the morning between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. without his phone, identification, or necessary medication. His family had contacted the police for assistance in getting him to a hospital for treatment, but before help could arrive, Moses walked away. Witnesses last saw him heading east on Interstate 15 near Peggy Sue's Diner.
Since then, he has not been heard from, and no trace of him has been found.
Moses is described as a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5'10" and weighing approximately 215 pounds. He was wearing a gray or black and white striped shirt, gray sweatpants, and black Adidas shoes at the time of his disappearance. He also has a scar on his right elbow and has connections to both Atascadero, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
