Moses Frank Saiz, age 31, was last seen on March 14, 2013, in Yermo, California. He was reportedly experiencing a mental health episode at the time and left his home early in the morning between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. without his phone, identification, or necessary medication. His family had contacted the police for assistance in getting him to a hospital for treatment, but before help could arrive, Moses walked away.
