John Edward Morgan, a 60-year-old man from Arcata, California, was last seen on August 25, 2013. Morgan, who was battling serious medical issues, including diabetes, left his residence on foot and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly depressed and suicidal. Morgan stood 5'10", weighed around 140 pounds, and had gray hair and hazel eyes.
