In the early summer of 2015, a young man named Dylan Payne Bright vanished, leaving his loved ones in a state of prolonged uncertainty. The 21-year-old was last seen by his family in Moore Township, Pennsylvania, sometime in June of that year. It is believed by his family that he then traveled to Netcong, New Jersey.
