Anthony Salcedo, a 29-year-old man, was last seen on December 26, 2018, in Camden, New Jersey. He was reportedly in an altered mental state when he left a residence on York Street around 10:00 p.m. His family attempted to track his phone using a location app, which indicated that it was near Pyne Point Park, but he could not be found.
