Luis Nobles, a 48-year-old man, vanished on the evening of October 6, 2010, in Camden, New Jersey. He was last seen at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the area of 5th and Grant Street. At the time of his disappearance, he told his girlfriend he would be home early for dinner, but he never arrived. Mr. Nobles was known to frequent the areas of 4th and York Streets as well as 5th and Grant Streets in Camden.
