On the evening of December 28, 2002, Christian Maldonado, a 27-year-old man from Camden, New Jersey, embarked on a night out with his cousin, George Velez. The two left Maldonado's residence at 266 South 27th Street in Camden with plans to visit a nightclub in the neighboring city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Maldonado was described as a Hispanic male with a medium build, light complexion, black hair, and black eyes. He had a distinctive dragon tattoo on his left arm and was known to wear ...
