Surinder Kumar Dahwan, aged 39, was last seen on November 23, 1989, in North Bergen, New Jersey. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are troubling, as it is believed he may have been abducted by three unknown males near 1300 Tonnelle Avenue. Dahwan was reported missing by his wife, Anna Kumar-Torres. At the time, both were described as homeless, which adds another layer of complexity to the investigation.
