Jeffrey Dean Gerald, a 25-year-old man from San Francisco, California, was last seen on February 24, 1985. Authorities believe he may have fallen victim to notorious serial killers Charles Ng and Leonard Lake. Gerald, like several others, disappeared under suspicious circumstances during a time when Ng and Lake were active in Northern California. The two men are known for their brutal crimes, which included torture, murder, and videotaping their female victims.
