Otis L. Stokes Jr., also known as "Squeaky" or "Omoe," passed away suddenly on July 4, 2007, at the age of 43 in Petersburg, Virginia. Born on November 29, 1963, to Pattie Mae Stokes and the late Otis L. Stokes Sr., Otis was a resident of 1928 Berkeley Ave., Petersburg, and formerly of Hopewell. He attended Hopewell Public Schools and was employed by Prestige Lawn Care, working also as a painter and carpenter.
