Ronald Glover Sr., aged 40, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2014, in Petersburg, Virginia. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Kentucky Avenue, where officers responded to a disturbance call around 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Glover had been shot.
