On a summer afternoon in Petersburg, Virginia, the life of a veteran law enforcement officer was tragically cut short. Dinwiddie County Sheriff's Lieutenant James 'Bo' Weaver, a 59-year-old male, was killed on June 27, 2005. He was a 16-year veteran of the Sheriff's Office.
