Derian Vaughan, a 22-year-old resident of Petersburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2021. In the early morning hours of that day, Vaughan was found dead at the intersection of North Whitehill Drive and Mecklenburg Street in Petersburg. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
