In the late hours of a Tuesday in Petersburg, Virginia, the life of Javarious Doneil Desmore, a 29-year-old male, was abruptly ended. On March 14, 2023, police were called to the 400 block of Byrne Street around 11:30 p.m. after receiving a report of shots fired. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Desmore inside a vehicle, suffering from injuries sustained from gunfire.
