When last seen, he was wearing a blue nylon jacket with a fur collar, a white t-shirt, jeans, and black boots. Originally from the Los Angeles area, Mackirdy was known to frequent the Folsom Street area in San Francisco's South of Market district, which at the time was known for its gay leather subculture.
