Charles Nathan Locklar, a 26-year-old man from Arizona, went missing on October 15, 2016, off the coast of Lapakahi State Park, Hawaii, after a tragic boating incident. He had relocated to Hawaii only six weeks earlier and was living with his family in Hawi at the time of the incident. Locklar was out fishing with his uncle, Jesse Sparks, when their 10-foot skiff capsized due to high winds about a half-mile offshore.
