In the early days of February 2010, a then 29-year-old man named Winston Kalani Torres-Kamai vanished from the Makawao area of Maui, Hawaii. He was last seen at a residence located near Polly's Restaurant. Accounts suggest that an altercation may have occurred concerning stolen artwork, which might have led to him being forcibly taken from the home.
