Fingerprints match to multiple aliases including: Rafael Moncada Gillen (or Gillan), Luis Herique, Jose Sapata Leon, Jose Luis Ortiz, John Rodriguez, and Luis Enrique Zapata. None of these names could be verified and no next of kin has been located.
