Lawrence Jon Goodman, a 16-year-old from Park Ridge, New Jersey, disappeared on January 19, 1979, just one day after his birthday. He told his family that he planned to travel to Miami, Florida, to attend the Super Bowl, where the Pittsburgh Steelers were playing the Dallas Cowboys.
