Jose Concepcion, a 33-year-old man from West New York, New Jersey, was last seen on June 24, 2002. That morning, he went to work driving his black 2000 Chevrolet tow truck, which had red decals and New Jersey license plate number X8823G. He checked in with his wife around 11:45 a.m., but after that, he was never heard from again. Concepcion’s tow truck also disappeared along with him.
