On March 27th, 1998, the deceased was found in a state of decomposition lying in a shallow creek within a construction site near Mitchell Road and Interstate 85 in Southwest Cobb County, Georgia. An autopsy was performed at the Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office and multiple stab wounds were discovered.
