James Howard Dunn, a 23-year-old from Knoxville, Georgia, has been missing since January 26, 1987. On that day, Dunn and another individual were involved in a police stop. Both men fled into a nearby wooded area to evade the officers. According to the person who fled with Dunn, they were together initially but became separated at some point in the woods. Dunn has not been seen or heard from since that day.
