On the night of April 7, 2018, the life of 24-year-old Kelby A. Ramos, a male from Brockton, Massachusetts, was tragically cut short. Just after 10 p.m., Brockton Police were flooded with multiple 911 calls reporting the sound of gunfire on Woodlawn Avenue.
