On the night of April 7, 2018, the life of 24-year-old Kelby A. Ramos, a male from Brockton, Massachusetts, was tragically cut short. Just after 10 p.m., Brockton Police were flooded with multiple 911 calls reporting the sound of gunfire on Woodlawn Avenue. Responding officers arrived to a grim scene where a vehicle had crashed into a tree. The car showed damage consistent with a shooting, and inside, they discovered Ramos suffering from gunshot wounds.
