On 1/10/2015 at about 1430 hours, a Kayak instructor and his students were paddling on the west side of Lake Merced, near
Skyline Drive, when he noticed the subject floating face down among vegetation, near the shore. San Francisco Fire
Department personnel arrived at Lake Merced's west shore, located about 650 feet north of Harding Drive. From this location
