Alicia Amanda "Mandy" Stokes, a 33-year-old woman from Oakland, California, went missing on November 25, 2007. She was last seen at her apartment, where she lived with her brother. The two had an argument that morning, which her brother described as minor. After the disagreement, he reported that she left in her black 2001 Honda Accord to run errands, but she never returned.
