Cynthia Renea Milstead, a 20-year-old woman, was last seen in the early morning hours of January 8, 2001, in San Francisco, California. She had left a friend's residence near 16th Street and Mission between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. and has not been heard from since. Cynthia was 5'3" and 120 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She had several distinguishing features, including burn scars on her forearms, a chipped front tooth, and a strawberry-colored birthmark on the nape of her neck.
